Because our services involve significant human labor, custom development, and the immediate purchase of non-refundable third-party assets (like domains and workspace licenses), we have established a strict Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Once you submit your onboarding questionnaire, our team immediately begins designing your website, setting up your booking automation, and registering your digital assets. Because this work is highly customized and cannot be resold or reversed, all sales are final and non-refundable once the onboarding process has begun.
By purchasing our services and submitting your requirements, you acknowledge and agree to waive any right to a refund.
We understand that mistakes happen. If you change your mind shortly after placing an order, you are eligible for a partial refund only if all of the following conditions are met:
If you are eligible for a cancellation within the 24-hour window, your refund will be issued minus a 5% administrative and payment processing fee. Our payment processor (Stripe) does not refund transaction fees when an order is canceled, and this deduction covers those unrecoverable costs.
As part of our packages, we purchase a domain name and a Google Workspace license on your behalf. These third-party vendors do not offer refunds to us once a purchase is executed.
If you request a cancellation after your domain has been registered (even if no design work has started), the cost of the domain and workspace setup (approximately $150) will be deducted from any potential refund, and full ownership of the domain will be transferred to you.
Instead of offering refunds, we focus on ensuring you are happy with the final product through our structured revision process:
Timely communication is essential for us to deliver your website within the promised 2-3 week timeframe. If you purchase a plan but fail to submit the onboarding questionnaire or respond to our communications for 30 consecutive days, your project will be marked as abandoned and put on hold.
No refunds will be issued for abandoned projects. To resume an abandoned project after 30 days, a reactivation fee of $150 may apply to account for scheduling and resource reallocation.
We are a small business dedicated to helping other professionals grow. If you have an issue with our service, we ask that you contact us directly to find a resolution.
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider while we have delivered (or are in the process of delivering) the services outlined in your plan is a violation of these terms. In the event of a chargeback, Moirath reserves the right to immediately suspend your website, revoke access to the booking system, and cancel your Google Workspace account until the dispute is resolved.
