Moirath ("we", "us", or "our") provides custom website design, automated booking integration, and digital business setup specifically tailored for coaches, therapists, and consultants.
Delivery timelines are generally 2 weeks for the Essential plan and 3 weeks for the Professional plan, starting from the day you provide all required materials and the onboarding questionnaire.
We operate on a transparent, one-time payment model for our design and setup services. There are no hidden monthly subscription fees charged by Moirath for the software itself.
Your one-time payment covers the setup and the first year of your domain name and Google Workspace registration. Please note:

Post-Launch Support: After your website goes live, Professional plan users receive 3 months of complimentary email support for minor adjustments. For Essential plan users, or for requests falling outside the support window, any ongoing maintenance, structural changes, or additional work is billed at our standard hourly rate of $100/hour.

Because our work involves custom digital labor and immediate allocation of resources (including domain registration and hosting setup), all sales are final and non-refundable once the onboarding process has begun. If you wish to cancel your order before you have submitted your onboarding questionnaire, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a potential partial refund, minus any administrative and payment processing fees.
Upon final payment and project completion, you own the website content, design elements specific to your brand, and the domain name. We will transfer full administrative rights of the website, Stripe account, and Google Workspace to you.
Moirath retains the right to display the completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless specifically requested otherwise.
Your automated booking system relies on third-party services (such as Stripe for payments and Google for calendar sync). Moirath is not responsible for any outages, API changes, account suspensions, or data breaches occurring on these third-party platforms. You are bound by the terms and conditions of these respective services.
Moirath builds tools to help you run your business, but we do not guarantee any specific financial results or booking volumes. In no event shall Moirath or its team be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising out of the use or inability to use your website or booking system.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
